Not Bad
Had our first weigh in on Saturday and down about 8.5 pounds.  I’ll take it after the week I had.  Looking forward to getting down double digits.  I am curious to see how we did as a group.  I had to run in and out of the weigh in so I  didn’t get to see how others did.  Hopefully we’re all starting to see results.  Still doing pretty good on the foods I’m eating which I think has made the biggest difference since the exercise has not been there lately.
