Moving right along
Just spent the last five day in Arizona at Indians Spring Training camp which means ballpark food and dinners with beverages. Happy to report the unofficial scale had me down 13 pounds. So I’m more than 1/3 of the way to the 33 pound goal. Going to go walking as many nights as possible to take advantage of the great weather. Walked every day but one in AZ and really watched what I was eating. Getting into a nice healthy routine eating wise. We’re about three weeks away from the team arriving so the pace picks up here even more. Crucial that I stick to the eating habits I’ve gotten into. Feel good, down a belt size..moving right along.
